Supplier stock available: ±5 working days before dispatch
Supplier restock required: ±10 working days before dispatch
Your order ships immediately once the product reaches us.

When will my order be dispatched?

We dispatch orders only after full payment has cleared in our bank account.

When does risk transfer to me?

Risk passes to you once the courier marks the parcel as delivered, so please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

Do I need to check my package on arrival?

Any issues such as damage, shortages, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours.

Do you ship temperature-sensitive products?

Yes. These are shipped with appropriate cold-chain packaging such as gel packs when required.
